Northern Arizona WR Emmanuel Butler caught three passes for 46 yards in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Butler (6'3/220) had a 32-yard pickup -- the longest play of the game -- and impressed during practices this week. It's always an uphill battle coming from such a small football program, but Butler has NFL-caliber size and has competed with other NFL prospects. If he can test well, there's a chance Butler comes off the board late. Otherwise, he will compete as an UDFA.

Vanderbilt QB Kyle Shurmur completed 10-of-19 passes for 93 yards with one interception in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Shurmur (6'4/225) got the most reps in the event, but it was a very forgettable performance and one that won't help his draft stock. However, Shurmur showed well in NFLPA Collegiate Bowl practices despite being a late addition. Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline gives Shurmur an undrafted free agent grade at the moment, and he'd do well to be selected in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Colorado WR Juwann Winfree caught two passes for 30 yards and one touchdown in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Winfree made an impressive grab in the corner of the end zone for a 22-yard score, and that's just what he needed to generate some buzz going in the draft. The redshirt senior missed multiple games in 2018, but he still posted a 28-324-2 receiving line. Winfree would to well to make a practice squad.

Slippery Rock RB Wes Hills was named the MVP of the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Hills (6'2/215) averaged 7.9 yards on his 10 carries, and he powered his way into the end zone as well. The Athletic's Bruce Feldman reports that Hills was turning heads all week at practices and that translated to a big all-star game. Hills claims he went to too small of a high school to get noticed by FBS programs, but it looks like he's on the map as a potential Day 3 selection or priority free agent. As a senior, Hills finished with 1,907 all-purpose yards and 17 touchdowns.

Washington QB Jake Browning completed 7-of-13 passes for 101 yards and two interceptions in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Browning (6'1/206) was considered the top quarterback at NFLPA Collegiate Bowl practices, but it did not translate to the field. These all-star games can be tricky for quarterbacks and receivers to be on the same page, but it's a discouraging performance regardless. Browning needed to have strong showings at all of his draft events to have a better shot of being drafted, and this wasn't a great start outside of the good practices. Consider the Washington quarterback a priority free agent.

Northern Illinois DE Sutton Smith accepted an invitation to the Reese's Senior Bowl.

Smith (6'1/237) has recently been practicing as a linebacker, and Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline says Smith has been "showing a lot of skill in coverage." As a redshirt junior in 2018, Smith had nation-high 15 sacks -- one more than he had in 2017 -- and 26.5 tackles for loss. A very productive player for two seasons with athleticism, Smith is a player to keep an eye on during Senior Bowl practices where he will be playing off-the-ball outside linebacker.

Florida State redshirt senior DT DeMarcus Christmas accepted an invitation to the Reese's Senior Bowl.

Christmas (6'4/308) was a late add to the South roster, but it's a great opportunity nonetheless. As a redshirt senior, Christmas made 14 tackles (3.0 for loss), but he failed to make a sack. The Draft Network's Joe Marino warns everyone to look past the lack of production and instead focus on his power. Before the season started, Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline presented Christmas with a third-round grade.

Maryland RB Ty Johnson rushed for 44 yards on seven carries for the East All-Stars in Saturday's 21-17 loss to the West All-Stars in the East-West Shrine Game.

Speedster Johnson averaged 6.3 YPC with a long run of 18 yards while showing off a nice little shake 'n' bake on a few of his rushes. The 5-foot-9, 205-pounder's most obvious plus-trait is his ability to rip off longer gains on the ground. We'll be interested to see just how well his skill-set translates to the NFL -- his testing marks will be key -- as there are some backs who are able to roll when they find holes in college but cannot sustain that success at the next level. Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline hits up Johnson with a fourth-round grade for the spring.
